About

Eglise Evangelique De Peleri Pilgrim Center stands as a called church of God that has been and is being purified in the furnace of God's faithfulness. To wit, that as long as this church remains faithful to it's caller and calling, she shall continue to prosper under the shadow of Almighty God.

The servant leader, Pastor James N. Pasteurin, was ordained (being called out among the sheep), in 1989, and started the church on July 25, 1993. God said to him, "Who do you have with you?" His response was, my wife, and God's reply was, "stay there and pray."  That was the birth of a church!

Mission

Our Mission is, first, Christ-centered and lastly, person-centered:

Primarily, Christ-centered, because He's both the center and circumference of our lives; all that we are, and all that we hope to be will be found in Him; we establish and conclude this great work, one soul-at-a-time! Finally, the mission of Christ is throughout all ages, young and old; male and female;     sinners and saints. God's calling for our life is spiritually gratifying!

Values

Our values, increase as we the believers increase our trust in Him, and when we become totally dependent, we talk on the lines of the Job syndrome, "though he slay me, yet will I trust him!" When we say value, we mean a Pearl of Great Price, for; we deem it worth giving up all that we have to possess it, but rather, to be possessed by it! That's Values!

Hello, I'm Rev.  James N. Pasteurin, Pastor of this congregation, and as you well know that, dealing with people, even God's flock, sometimes get a little trick, but I often remind myself of the Caller's Calling in and on my life; He said, "take my yoke upon you, my yoke is easy and my burdens are light".

Rev.  James N. Pasteurin

Greetings,

I'm not a member, but recently, I occasioned to visit this church and was there
observing; not that which was happening in front of the church, because, they
were doing what they do, but my attention was given to that which was
happening in the back corner of this church. This one sister came with her two
daughters, who looked to be in their early teens.

The mother had quietly gotten up, and in her little corner, she personally
worshiping her God in a public setting, without disturbing the service. I can still
see her worshiping, praising and glorifying God, oh how she love him; like Mary
to the point of her willingness to bathe his feet through her tears and dry them
with her hair. Oh, how she loved him!

I was in the area looking for a church to attend that one Sunday. I called a friend and I told him the area I was at the time and he highly recommend The Pilgrim Evangelical Church. All I can say is Wow!!! I'm so glad that I attended the church, I came out with a smile and edify to the point where I called my friend and thank him over and over again. Rev. James N. Pasteurin is a God fearing man and a teacher and I learned a lot. I will be sure to stop by again anytime I am around that area. I will be referring others as well.
